Today is the day to take a first step towards feeling better physically. Make one change in your diet or add even five minutes of exercise to your routine. Choose one thing to go without today and see if you feel better.
Or get moving -- three or four trips up and down the stairs til your heart rate gets up. An endorphin high is a really nice thing -- try to achieve one today!
