Weekly Challenge Number Five

So how has everyone been doing? So far I'm keeping up. This week my goal is to only eat 60% of the carbs from the first week I recorded them. Last week I successfully stayed at 80% of the first week. I'm still exercising at least three times a week and the bed and area around it is getting made and cleaned up every day!

What about you? Successes? Failures?

  1. I have been doing well with everything except for getting to bed at a decent hour. I expect to do better with that this coming week because this week's challenge is to eliminate all sugar and bread from my diet. I imagine I'll be so hungry at night that I'll *want* to go to bed early!
