Day 18

I want you to remember the last time you felt really good about how your life was going. Try to remember the parts of your life that were making you feel like things were going well. Were you healthier? More productive? What made your life "Good"? How many of those things are possible for the coming year?

  2. Pathetic as it sounds--most of my "good" moments had a direct connection to me planning ahead. I don't cope well with cramming at the last minute, and I emotionally shut down when I am forced to. This is very possible for me to accomplish in the coming year. Thanks for the reminder that this is something I can change.
