It's time for the second weekly challenge. Your first job is to report your progress for challenge number one and then talk about your 2nd weekly challenge.
So, my report for the week is that I had two drinks containing sugar in 7 days. That's really pretty good for me, considering how much I had been drinking. And I've kept up with that small square yard in our bedroom and making the bed everyday.
My goal for the next week is to exercise at least 40 minutes at least three times a week, but hoping for five. I've been able to do this in the past many many times, so it will just be a matter of getting back into it.
So, progress? Plans?
