Instead of new years resolutions, i like monthly resolutions and monthiversaries to measure progress.
So this month's idea is from Colossians 3 if you are a Bible reader...
I want you to put off one thing and put on one thing.
Your choices are to work to put off one of these:
anger
rage
malice
slander
filthy language from your lips.
Lying
And to put on one of the following:
compassion
kindness
humility
gentleness
patience.
forgiveness
I chose anger and patience.
